❤️👟 WPACES Walks for Sickle Cell Awareness!
As part of our continued efforts to support Sickle Cell Awareness Month, WPACES will host a school-wide Sickle Cell Awareness Walk on Friday, September 19, 2025.
All students and staff will take part in this special event to:

Honor those affected by Sickle Cell Disease

Raise awareness across our school and local community

Unite in service, compassion, and education
📍 Walk Details:

🕘 A schedule will be provided to each classroom on Friday at 2pm.

👏🏽 A Cheering Squad will be stationed near the playground picnic benches to encourage walkers.
This walk is not just a school activity, it’s a powerful opportunity for our students to practice advocacy, compassion, and unity.
